Returns
Here at HydroPod, we are certain you will enjoy using your handmade product as soon as it arrives. However if you decide to return it instead, we will gladly offer a full refund on online orders within 14 days from receipt of goods kept in the original state and packaging, which have not been torn or damaged in any way.
HydroPods which have not been returned within 14 days from receipt of goods are considered to be final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
Items which are not returned in their original, undamaged state and packaging will not be accepted for a refund.
Shipping Charges
Kindly note that original shipping costs are non-refundable and customers would be responsible for shipping costs to return goods. HydroPod is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit, and we strongly recommend using UPS to ship goods, packaging the item very carefully with protective filling. We also advise that tracking is requested and that you keep the tracking information safe.
Exchanges
HydroPod cannot offer direct exchanges however if you wish to return your HydroPod, this would need to be completed under our returns policy and a new order placed separately.
Items which are not returned in their original, undamaged state and packaging will not be accepted for a refund, therefore a new order would need to be placed separately.
Cancelling Orders
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as you have placed your order at info@hydropod.com. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You are still able to return the order in its original, undamaged condition within 14 days from receipt of goods and you will receive a full refund. (Kindly note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded).
Faulty Items
Each HydroPod is unique and handmade, therefore slight variations may occur. Each piece goes through careful quality control and is inspected thoroughly. We do our very best to ensure you will be getting a beautifully made product of exceptional quality, however mistakes can rarely happen. Should you receive a damaged item, please let us know immediately and we will look after this for you. You can email us at info@hydropod.com providing photos of any damage for evidence.
To make a return, please follow the steps below:
1. Please make sure that your HydroPod is unused and undamaged, with all its original parts and packaging in perfect condition.
2. Send us an email at info@hydropod.com or use the contact form below. Please state your order number, item/s to be returned and your reason for making the return. A friendly representative of the HydroPod team will email you with all the details you need to know, and where to send your return to.
3. After we email the return details to you, please package and ship the items very carefully to the provided address within 14 days from receipt of goods. We always recommend that you provide any shipping and tracking information as HydroPod does not take responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit.
4. Refunds are credited to the original card which the customer used to pay.
