Kindly note that by purchasing a HydroPod planter through our website, you are acknowledging and accepting our terms of use. Before your order can be processed and accepted, your payment must be received in full. Once this payment has been received, you will be notified immediately with an email to the address that you have provided during the placement of your oder. HydroPod’s acceptance of your order is a legally bound agreement.
Availability
All HydroPod pieces are subject to availability. If your ordered items are not available, you will be notified immediately and we will inform you when we can fulfil the order as soon as possible.
Faulty Items
We take every measure to ensure that your HydroPod will arrive to you in perfect condition. If you wish to return a faulty item, please send us photographs for evidence and we will process this for you. Any items which have been received by the customer as faulty goods and processed as such by a member of our team, will be replaced subject to availability. If for any reason the replacement cannot be delivered, a full refund will be issued to the original card used to purchase the order, with the value at the time of the purchase.
