Shipping your order

As soon as you place your order and the payment has been received, your item/s will be shipped to you. Upon order confirmation, an email with a tracking number and link will be sent to you within 24 hours of shipment so that you can track the progress of delivery at any time. Please note, we are currently offering UK and EU (Europe) shipping only.

UPS Standard Europe (EU) Shipping (Tracked), Up to 2 working days - £16

Cancelling orders

We will begin processing your order as soon as payment has been received, and usually cannot make any changes after the order has been confirmed. If you still wish to cancel or change your order in any way, please email us straight away at info@thehydropod.com. If your order has already been booked, we can no longer redirect or cancel the shipment. You would still be able to return your order within the 14 day period, if the original items have not been used or damaged in any way.

Shipping materials

Each Hydropod is boxed in fully recyclable shipping boxes and filled with eco materials, which are 100% biodegradable, eco conscious and compostable.
